International Orders
Orders are shipped International Standard and do not include tracking. Customers are responsible for import VAT, taxes and fees. Most of shipments are sent through the Polish Post Office.
Shipping rates
The costs of shipping are calculated during the checkout, based on the size of the item and your location. The costs of import fees/duties that may be charged by your country are not included in my shipping costs, and will the Buyer’s responsibility.
Duties & Taxes
The Buyer is responsible for any duties, import fees, tax or additional costs that may apply.

Return policy
I honour a 14-day return policy. Which means you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are unhappy with your order, please drop me a message and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue for you. Refunds are only given if I am contacted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Forced refunds are not accepted and will not be refunded.
Refunds are not accepted for custom-made items and for flawed items that are listed as so.
By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms of delivery and refund policy.
Non-returnable items
Commissions are custom made for you and therefore cannot be returned. Gift cards and digital products are also excluded from the return policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days. The costs of shipping to and from your location, including any additional costs such as custom fees/duties are to be paid by the Buyer, and will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
Exchanges
I only replace items that are not one of a kind and if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact me.
